The AWCS has invited us to lead an evening seminar on Minutes - Why They Matter and What Good Looks Like.
Minute writing is often thought of as an art rather than a science and boards rely on their company secretary’s skill and judgement to produce a crucial record of the meeting. Despite their importance, there is limited guidance for company secretaries on the right amount of detail to include in minutes and how to produce them quickly and easily.
Pippa Begg of Board Intelligence will be leading a panel discussion on 21st April. For more information, please contact Emma Sturdee - emma.sturdee@boardintelligence.co.uk
