Board Intelligence's perspective on Corporate Governance is featured in Stefan Stern's article in the FT: "Working as a Non-Executive Director"

"As Pippa Croney of Board Intelligence points out, experience and track record are not the only things to look out for when hiring a competent Ned. “They only have 20-30 days in which to steward and supervise what may be a complex multinational corporation,” she says, “and no matter how willing and able they are, if they are not provided with high-quality information their ability to do the job effectively will be undermined.”

She adds: “Forking out for a top-ranking Ned and then skimping on the quality of the information you give them is like buying a Rolls-Royce and forgetting to fill it with fuel.”
