ICSA — Annual Conference: 4th and 5th July
We’re hosting a streamed session, ‘Board packs: the elephant in the room and what you can do about it’, at the ICSA Annual Conference. Those joining the session will hear from Jennifer Sundberg, our Co-CEO, on how board blindness is getting worse and what you can do to help your board see what matters.
The talk will be taking place from 14:30 to 15:30 on Wednesday 5th. You can add it to your shortlist now, or contact Jennifer if you’d like to find out more.
We’ll also be manning a stall at the conference so if you have any questions on our products or services, do come and find us.
Reimagining Board Reporting: 20th July
Most companies automate at least one step of their board reporting by using a board portal to compile and distribute packs. But the complete reporting process doesn’t begin or stop here, and neither should its digitalisation.
Join our Reimagining Board Reporting breakfast to learn how leading Company Secretary teams implement technology to streamline operations from agenda planning to collating papers, hear new research on the challenges and costs associated with board reporting and how you could save £50,000—£500,000 by implementing some simple but material changes.
Places are limited to 10 attendees per session so please be sure to register early.
