  • Pulsant - UK – third party infrastructure hosting of our wholly owned data servers without read access to such data
  • Memset – UK – third party infrastructure hosting (back-ups)
  • Hubspot – EEA and US locations (Standard Contractual Clauses) – third party communications provider (service updates)
  • Board Intelligence HK Ltd – Hong Kong (Standard Contractual Clauses) – out of hours client support
  • Mailchimp/Mandrill – US (Standard Contractual Clauses) – communications provider
  • Papertrail - US ( Standard Contractual Clauses) – platform usage monitoring
  • Twilio – US (Binding Corporate Rules) – two-factor authentication service
  • Bugsnag – US (Standard Contractual Clauses) – software bug monitoring
  • Docusign – EEA – digital signature service for contracts NDAs
  • SmartSurvey – EEA – customer survey tool
  • Microsoft Online Services – EEA and ex-EEA locations (Standard Contractual Clauses) – office software used for client communication
  • Xero – EEA and ex-EEA locations (adequate: New Zealand; Standard Contractual Clauses) – accounting software used to invoice clients
  • Datadog - US ( Standard Contractual Clauses) – platform usage monitoring
  • AWS - EEA and US locations (Standard Contractual Clauses/Binding Corporate Rules) - Amazon Web Services for notifications

Please see below for details of changes to our sub-processor list above:

  • Salesforce Service Cloud - EEA and US locations (Standard Contractual Clauses) - service and support tool. Planned for use from 9th February 2022. Salesforce Service Cloud will replace Intercom which will be removed from our list of sub-processors from the 9th February 2022.
  • Microsoft Online Services, Xero and Docusign will be removed from the list of sub-processors above from the 9th February 2022 as they are processors to Board Intelligence as a data controller, but not sub-processors to Board Intelligence as a processor to its clients.
