Ann Hiatt

Ann Hiatt is a Silicon Valley veteran with 15 years’ experience reporting directly to CEOs Jeff Bezos (Amazon) and Eric Schmidt (Google/Alphabet). In her executive career, Ann specializes in calculated risk taking, innovation, c-suite efficiency and people management – in particular the systems to embed organizational ambitions.

Ann is also a best-selling author, speaker, and investor. Her bestselling book, Bet On Yourself, was published by HarperCollins in 2021.

Conor Kehoe - Profile Shot

Conor Kehoe

Conor is Chair of the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), an Advisory Board member at Blackrock, a Special Advisor at McKinsey, and a growth advisor at the Turing Institute. Conor previously chaired the International Integrated Reporting Council and was a member of the G7 Impact Accounting Taskforce.

Originally a software engineer, he led McKinsey’s Tech and Telecom Practice in Europe and co-founded the Private Equity and Principal Investor Industry (PEPI) Practice.

Oliver is associate editor and leader writer at The Sunday Times, and a trustee of the Wincott Foundation. He was previously business editor and City editor.

Oliver was named business journalist of the year at the 2017 Press Awards for his investigation into Sir Philip Green’s £1 sale of BHS. He was also named business journalist of the year at the 2017 London Press Club Awards. His first book, Damaged Goods: The Inside Story of Sir Philip Green, the Collapse of BHS and the Death of the High Street was published by Penguin in June 2018.

Jennifer is the co-founder and former co-CEO of Board Intelligence. She has played a vocal role in shaping governance best practice in the UK and internationally, and has won numerous awards including EY London Entrepreneur of the Year, LDC’s ‘Ones to Watch’, which celebrates the leaders of the UK’s fastest-growing businesses, and The Times Young Business Woman of the Year.

Together with Pippa Begg, Jennifer is the author of Collective Intelligence: How to build a business that’s smarter than you. She holds an MA from Cambridge University and The Judge Business School.
