Please see below for details of planned changes to our AI Services sub-processor list above:
- From February 2026 we will be using Pendo, a Product Experience & Analytics Platform. Our data will be hosted in Belgium, Finland, Germany, and the Netherlands. Pendo will not have access to any client instance of the Board Intelligence platform or any documentation uploaded to it. Pendo is SOC 2 accredited and are fully GDPR compliant.
