Sustainability Policy

Policy Overview

We update and review our Sustainability Policy at least annually. This document is available to all employees via our internal information-sharing system, and to clients upon request.

At Board Intelligence, we aim to follow sustainable practices across the organization to ensure that our activities comply with relevant environmental, social, and governance legislation and compliance obligations.

Environmental

Board Intelligence is committed to protecting the environment, preventing pollution, and fulfilling ISO 14001 requirements. We strive to provide a cleaner, safer environment. We are proactive in moving environmental matters forward within our organization.

Our policy is to:

• Aim to satisfy the requirements of all of our customers, stakeholders, and interested parties, meeting their expectations and exceeding them where possible.
• Adhere to compliance obligations, codes of practice, and all other requirements that apply to our activities. This includes the nature, scale, and environmental impacts of our activities, products, and services.
• Minimize hazards, prevent injury and ill health, and protect the environment. This includes preventing pollution, using resources responsibly, mitigating and adapting to climate change, and protecting biodiversity and ecosystems as applicable to our organization.
• Provide the resources, equipment, and training needed to meet our environmental objectives as described in the Environmental Management System (EMS).
• Ensure that all employees are aware of their individual obligations in terms of this policy and the wider EMS.
• Maintain a management system that will support this policy to achieve the business’s environmental objectives, and seek ongoing improvement in the effectiveness and performance of our EMS.
