Our story
It began in 2008.
We sat at the back of a FTSE 250 boardroom, observing as consultants. Seated around the table were distinguished directors facing important strategic questions. On paper, it should have been a productive meeting.
But it wasn’t.
For hours, conversations looped around stacks of outdated reports. Discussions lacked focus, and the decisions that really counted went unattended.
That’s when the penny dropped. Even the best leaders will struggle when the tools in front of them fall short.
Boards make decisions that shape the future daily, but crowded agendas, weak reporting, and inefficient processes often stand in the way, costing time, money, and progress.
That’s why, since 2008, we’ve been committed to refining the science of board effectiveness, creating practical tools and advisory services that help boards work smarter and achieve more.
