About the author
Jonathan (Jonny) Knight is Chief Product Officer at Board Intelligence. He writes about corporate governance, board effectiveness, technology, AI, and cybersecurity.
He leads the development of Board Intelligence's secure software products for directors and governance professionals and has played an influential role in building Board Intelligence since joining the firm in 2010. During this time with the business, he has held client-facing roles and served as Chief Operating Officer, Managing Director, and Chief Technology Officer.
Highlighted as a Guardian Rising Star in 2015, Jonny has also served on the advisory panel for the IoD’s Good Governance Report and acted as an advisor for technology start-ups. He is a regular speaker at industry events and has been interviewed by the London Stock Exchange.
He holds an MSc from the University of Cambridge.
