What was Waystone's objective?

Waystone’s client base and internal company structure more than tripled in size after some acquisitions. At the time, the firm’s solution for collating and distributing board packs was manual, time-consuming, and expensive.

Waystone began a search for a more efficient board management solution. Leaders needed a solution that would allow them to service their growing client base and their internal boards, protect the security of the board materials, and offer a premium client experience.
