Shaun Coles is a seasoned governance professional with decades of experience in complex, international financial services firms. He currently serves as Global Director of Governance at Banco Santander, having risen through the ranks of the Santander UK (formerly Abbey National) governance team.
Prior to joining Santander UK in 2000, Shaun spent 11 years in a number of secretariat roles in TXU Europe Group plc (formerly Eastern Electricity plc) throughout a period of takeover and consolidation activity.
