About the author
Silvana Glibota-Vigo joined Keller, the listed engineering group, as Group Head of Secretariat in October 2020.
She qualified as a lawyer in Argentina and Spain. She has an interest in international relations and is a fellow of The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (CGIUKI). She’s been working in corporate governance since 2004 and for UK premium listed companies, including FirstGroup, British Land, Royal Mail and Prudential, since 2006.
Silvana joined the Board of The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland as a co-opted member in March 2022 and became an elected member in August 2023. She also serves on the CGI's Thought Leadership Committee.
