Our Director Community brings together the 35,000 directors who use Board Intelligence to share insights on the latest topics directors are facing.

On 12th July, we'll be joined by guest speakers David Tyler (Chair, PZ Cussons, Jojo Maman Bebe, Domestic & General, The Parker Review; formerly Chair Sainsbury's 2009-19) and Sophie Chandauka MBE (Chair and Executive Founder, Black British Business Awards and Head of Americas Risk Management & Intelligence, Meta) to discuss the next steps directors need to take to improve race equity in the boardroom.

Over the course of the evening, they'll be sharing the latest insights and priorities for board directors on race equity, providing a chance for directors to share with and learn from their peers under Chatham House rule.

This event is for chairs, non-executive directors and executive directors who are clients of Board Intelligence.

Join us to:

  • Understand the latest priorities of the 2023 Parker Review into the ethnic diversity of UK boards and the targets organisations have been asked to set for December 2027
  • Share and take away practical steps to improve race equity in your organisation and on your board
  • Meet and discuss an important topic with peers, in a relaxed environment where we actively encourage honesty and exploration of what we don’t know or understand
