About the author
Maya Midgley-Bryan is a senior consultant in Board Intelligence’s advisory team, specialising in governance analysis and board information effectiveness. She supports complex governance reviews and board evaluations through detailed analysis of board packs, governance documentation, and committee materials, helping organisations strengthen the quality of oversight and decision-making.
