Meet our team
Helle Bank Jorgensen
Helle Bank Jorgensen is an internationally recognized voice on governance, board effectiveness, and sustainability. She leads Board Intelligence’s Board Development practice globally, empowering boards and leadership teams around the world to enhance their impact through the science of board effectiveness. Helle was previously the founder and CEO of Competent Boards, the world-renowned education platform acquired by Board Intelligence in 2025.
Dineshi Ramesh
Dineshi leads Board Intelligence’s Board Review practice. She has worked extensively with boards and executive teams as a consultant and with individuals as a Thinking Partner. She cares deeply about helping people take smarter decisions that drive their organisations forward, purposefully and responsibly. Prior to Board Intelligence, she was a strategy consultant with 20 years’ experience at Credo (now Teneo). Dineshi holds an MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College, London.
Ann Hiatt
Ann Hiatt is a Silicon Valley veteran with 15 years’ experience reporting directly to CEOs Jeff Bezos (Amazon) and Eric Schmidt (Google/Alphabet). In her executive career, Ann specializes in calculated risk taking, innovation, c-suite efficiency and people management – in particular the systems to embed organizational ambitions.
Ann is also a best-selling author, speaker, and investor. Her bestselling book, Bet On Yourself, was published by HarperCollins in 2021.
Conor Kehoe
Conor is Chair of the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), an Advisory Board member at Blackrock, a Special Advisor at McKinsey, and a growth advisor at the Turing Institute.
Conor previously chaired the International Integrated Reporting Council and was a member of the G7 Impact Accounting Taskforce.
Originally a software engineer, he led McKinsey’s Tech and Telecom Practice in Europe and co-founded the Private Equity and Principal Investor Industry (PEPI) Practice.
