About the author
Dineshi Ramesh leads Board Intelligence’s Board Review practice. She has worked extensively with boards and executive teams as a consultant and with individuals as a Thinking Partner. She cares deeply about helping people take smarter decisions that drive their organisations forward, purposefully and responsibly.
She is a regular speaker, commentator, and writer on board performance, corporate governance, organisational culture, and leadership. She is an external tutor for Henley Business School, chairs circular retailer Thrift+ and is the founder of Sisterhood, a thriving community of c.200 people who participate in retreats, festivals, and workshops.
Dineshi joined Board Intelligence in 2015 to grow and lead its advisory business, delivering bespoke engagements for CEOs and chairs. Dineshi and her team focused on solving boardroom issues, balancing commercial out-performance alongside good governance for organisations across a wide range of industries including financial services, natural resources, retail, consumer goods, and private equity.
Prior to Board Intelligence, she was a strategy consultant with 20 years’ experience at Credo (now Teneo).
Dineshi holds an MEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Imperial College, London.
