Christopher Tacey-Green joins EMEA’s largest board technology and advisory firm as Chief Technology Officer.
LONDON, 25 August 2026 — Board Intelligence, EMEA’s largest board technology and advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Christopher Tacey-Green as the firm’s Chief Technology Officer. Christopher joins Board Intelligence from Investec, the leading international bank and wealth manager, where he was Head of Engineering.
A former founder who has built and scaled technology from the ground up, Christopher combines deep expertise in AI, cloud, and machine learning with over ten years’ experience leading high-performance development teams. He will work alongside Board Intelligence Chief Executive Pippa Begg and the firm’s executive team to further strengthen Board Intelligence’s leadership position in boardroom AI. Christopher’s entrepreneurial approach to AI experimentation is matched by practical expertise building secure, reliable technology solutions within the financial services sector, ensuring Board Intelligence continues to deliver exceptional products in a safe, trusted manner.
Building on the firm’s success with AI tools such as Minute Writer, Report Writer, and IQ Experts, which was launched in April 2026 and is already in use by FTSE 100 businesses including Lloyds Banking Group, Christopher and his team will accelerate innovation within the Board Intelligence platform to supercharge the effectiveness of boards, governance teams, and legal leaders.
Christopher Tacey-Green, Chief Technology Officer at Board Intelligence, said: “Board Intelligence has a rare combination of deep domain expertise in board and governance effectiveness and a track record of using technology and AI to solve problems for our clients. I’m excited to work with such an exceptional team to bring more innovation to our customers and ultimately help their boards and governance teams be more effective.”
Pippa Begg, Chief Executive of Board Intelligence, said: “Christopher joins Board Intelligence at an important time. As a key member of our executive team, his founder DNA, technical expertise, and experience leading high-performing engineering teams in financial services will help us accelerate innovation without compromising the trust, security, or quality our clients expect. I’m delighted to welcome him to the executive team.”
The appointment comes as Board Intelligence continues to execute its long-term growth and AI strategy, including its recent expansion into AI-powered legal technology with the acquisition of Juristic in July 2026 and the appointment of Anders Gröndahl as Senior Vice President, AI Transformation & Performance. In this newly created role within Board Intelligence’s executive team, Anders, who first joined Board Intelligence in 2024, will leverage his track record of AI innovation within the Board Intelligence platform to drive the company’s AI and automation strategy and help Board Intelligence realise the full potential of AI.
